New subscriber requests are typically serviced within 3 working days.
Can I use my own ISP?
After an initial period has expired you are welcome to use your own ISP provided that they are supported and have elected to offer a service at your location.

If you want to Stream to your television you require either, a Smart TV or a Media Player (Set Top Box). These media players are easily available however it is important to choose the right one for the best experience. To purchase or for advice, please call us. We provide media players (stand alone or with a streaming subscription) from R 1 670.00 excluding subscription @ R 150pm.
